We are a team of technical specialists who are well trained with the world’s leading technology to provide Quality, Professional Service and Technical Support on all ELFI and FIVA Valves, ICU, SOP and HPS Pumps.
In 2015, Boaman began to cooperate with major engine makers to develop a hydraulic control equipment testing and calibration experimental platform of electronically controlled engines.
After the equipment was widely recognized by the end users, BOEAMAN was established in Hong Kong and Shanghai in 2017, and a joint venture company was established in Singapore one year later.
Boeaman Singapore was started in year 2018 with workshop capacity of 8000 sq. ft. with 20 dedicated engineers and technicians and growing.
We are specialising in electronically controlled engines, hydraulic pumps (HPS) and FIVA/ELFI/ELVA valves repair, maintenance and overhaul.
We also provide engine troubleshooting, docking assistance, unit overhaul jobs in China and Singapore.
Boeaman is authorised by CSSC, Mitsui (MES) and Bosch for their engines works and FIVA/ELFI/ELVA and HPS pumps.

ICU overhauling services and spares
Our job scope covers:
• Test the ICU on common rail check condition
• Cleaning of the internal drain bores with special equipment and cleaning block
• Modification of internal drain bores to improve drainage of leakage fuel.

Dismantling of complete unit
• Cleaning of injection Control Block internal galleries
• Replacement & Calibration of the Fuel Quantity Sensor and Fuel Quantity Piston
